We do not verify transactions, guarantee accuracy, or provide financial, legal, or insurance advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you upload or enter is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

You are responsible for:

- all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Recevity.
By using the service, you grant Recevity a limited license to store, process, and display your content only to provide the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Automated Processing
Recevity uses automated systems to extract and organize information from documents and images you provide.
This processing may produce estimates or inferred data (such as warranty dates).
You are responsible for verifying critical details before relying on them.
6. Reports & Exports
Reports generated by Recevity are based on the data available in your account.
Recevity:
- does not guarantee completeness or accuracy
- does not verify ownership or transactions
- does not certify documents for legal or insurance purposes
Reports are provided for convenience only.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription.
Payments are:
- billed in advance
- non-refundable except where required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
If pricing changes, they apply to future billing periods.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload content you do not have rights to
- use Recevity for unlawful purposes
- attempt to access or interfere with our systems
- resell or redistribute the service without permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep Recevity available and reliable, but:
- service may be interrupted
- features may change or be discontinued
We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may stop using Recevity at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- these Terms are violated

- necessary to protect the service or other users

We make no warranties regarding:
- accuracy of extracted data
- completeness of reports
- fitness for a particular purpose
12. Limitation of Liability

- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of data, profits, or business
- reliance on reports or extracted information
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use Recevity in the past 12 months.
